Returns & Refund
Each Guardisse piece is crafted in limited chapters and produced in small quantities. For this reason, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@guardisse.com.(mailto:info@guardisse.com) To assist with review, kindly include photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of receipt.
Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
Complimentary gifts included with Guardisse orders do not need to be returned.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipment. Returns should not be sent back without prior authorization.
If there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out. We will always do our best to make it right.
Refunds are issued only for approved damaged items.
Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether the return has been accepted. This review process may take up to seven business days from the date the return is shown as delivered.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note that it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Guardisse is not responsible for damage that may occur during the return shipping process.
