Returns & Refund
If there is an issue with an order, please contact us and we will do all we can to make it right.
If you must make a return, domestic orders may be returned for a refund of purchase price within 14 days from the date of your order. Outbound shipping fees from original order are not refundable.
Product must be returned unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all tags intact. Please include original packing slip with your return.
Store credits and gift cards are not refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to seven business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please be advised refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account. This is due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
Guardisse, LLC is not responsible for damage that may occur during the return shipping process.
