Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination. Complimentary shipping is available on qualifying domestic orders of $226 or more, for up to three items. Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5:00 PM EST are typically processed within two business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Priority shipping typically arrives within 2–4 business days. Pre-order pieces are crafted and shipped within approximately four weeks. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, shipment may be held until items are ready. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing your order at least one month in advance. Guardisse ships using trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS. Delivery times may vary by carrier. Once an order has shipped, Guardisse is not responsible for carrier delays. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Currency conversion rates are determined by your financial institution at the time of purchase. Orders are shipped through trusted international carriers. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are provided as estimates only. Customs processing may result in additional delays beyond estimated delivery windows. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by their country.
