Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting info@guardisse.com. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Yes. We offer complimentary shipping on U.S. orders of $226 and above.
Orders containing 1–2 items ship at a flat rate of $10. Shipping for larger orders is calculated at checkout.
Yes. International shipping is available to select destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Custom sizing is not currently available. However, if you have a special sizing requirement, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Product Care
Store your piece in a dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. swimming, bathing, and other water activities may damage materials, embellishments, or closures. Spot clean gently when needed.
Spot cleaning is recommended. Do not machine wash or submerge in water unless otherwise noted.
Each piece is individually crafted. Small variations in materials, placement, and finish are a natural part of the process and make every piece unique.
Some pieces may become available again while a chapter remains open. Once a chapter closes, the designs from that chapter are typically retired and do not return in the same form.
Each Guardisse piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handcrafted work, slight variations may occur from piece to piece.

Yes. Digital gift cards are available and can be purchased for yourself or shared as a thoughtful gift.
Every Guardisse piece arrives thoughtfully packaged and ready for gifting.
No. Pricing information and detailed invoices are not included with gift orders.
No. Guardisse gift cards do not expire.
