Returns

Each Guardisse piece is crafted in limited chapters and produced in small quantities. For this reason, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage upon delivery.

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us at info@guardisse.com within 48 hours of delivery. To assist with our review, please include your order number and clear photographs showing the damage.

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.  If a return is required, a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions will be provided.

Complimentary keepsakes included with your order do not need to be returned.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

If there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out. We will always do our best to help.

Refunds

Accepted Answer

Refunds are issued only for approved returns relating to damaged or defective items upon delivery.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. The review process may take up to seven business days from the date the return is marked as delivered.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Refunds can only be issued after an approval return has been received and inspected.

Guardisse is not responsible for return packages that are lost during transit.

How to Initiate a Return

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@guardisse.com within 48 hours of delivery. To assist with our review, please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome and provide return instructions if a return is approved.

Pre-order pieces are generally not eligible for returns or refunds.  However, pre-orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase by contacting info@guardisse.com.

If you have a concern regarding your order after this period, please contact us.       Requests may be viewed on a case-by-case basis.

At this time, international orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, cancellations, or modifications.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
