- Gently dab any stains with a soft cloth, taking care to not snag adornments
- Gently rinse with cold water
- AIR DRY ONLY. Heat/clothes dryer may damage your piece
We recommend you keep your piece in its original Guardisse box.

Products are considered defective if they arrive damaged or if a defect is identified within 7 days of delivery, such as torn seam, loose adornment, missing component, or other flaw that affects the intended use of the piece.
If you believe your Guardisse piece has a defect, please contact us at info@guardisse.com as soon as possible. To help us evaluate the issue, please include clear photographs of the defect and your order number.
Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidents, alterations, or excessive force is not considered a defect.

Tips:
My wristlet is not centered on my wrist.
Guardisse wristlets are handmade. None of the pockets are identical. We recommend you place the items you want to carry in your pocket first, mainly cards. Once on your wrist, adjust it to the center of your wrist and proceed to put in the rest of your items if any.
