  • What if my item has a defect?
    Products are considered defective if they are received damaged, or a defect in production (i.e., torn seam, loose adornment, etc.) is discovered within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days from your order date, defects are a result of wear and tear. If you discover your Guardisse product has a defect, contact us immediately at info@guardisse.com or call 332-249-8025. My wristlet is not centered on my wrist.

Guardisse wristlets are handmade.  None of the pockets are identical.  We recommend you place the items you want to carry in your pocket first, mainly cards.  Once on your wrist, adjust it to the center of your wrist and proceed to put in the rest of your items if any.
